Witty is something that takes place or happens . The verb occur , where the term comes from, refers to what happens and is specified.
The most common use of the concept of occurrence, however, is associated with occurrences (the ideas that arise unexpectedly and spontaneously). To person which usually has occurrences is described as happening. For example: “Juan Manuel is an happening boy, who always has an answer for everything”, "Yesterday, my building manager told me something very happening", “I try to be an occurrence when I teach science, so I get my students to pay more attention”.
In general, the comments considered to occur are those that they get surprise . If a child suggests that a cow eat chocolate so that, in this way, the milker can get chocolate milk, it could be said that it is a very small child.
In a similar sense, a man that, instead of throwing the empty bottles in the trash, build a piece of furniture with the waste, it will be described as happening.
It is important to keep in mind that the occurrence is given by the spontaneity or by the originality . If a person plans to build a piece of furniture with wood, nothing will have happened, since wood is the most common material for making pieces of furniture.
In the same way, it must be said that the adjective that occurs can also be used to refer to objects. Thus, we speak of occurrence products when they have the particularity of carrying out an original and surprising action.
Examples of such objects can be found many throughout history. However, among the most significant that have come to our hands lately, are the following:
• A mobile phone with the appearance of chicken thigh.
• Shoes that allow you to carry out actions with your smartphone simply by putting your heels together.
• Belts that allow you to charge the mobile battery.
• USB cables and bases that give the possibility to keep the coffee warm simply because it is connected to the computer.
On a general level, it can be said that the qualifier of occurrence is positive and appreciated by people, especially in areas where the imagination and the creativity they are important values (like the art or the design).
Monologists have become one of the artists who most necessarily must have the quality of the occurrence. And they must demonstrate it not only to pose actions that surprise and have fun, but also to be able to face any situation that occurs while performing their show.
One of the best examples of monologists in Spain is Dani Rovira. This Malaga actor, winner of a Goya for his starring role in the film "Eight Basque surnames", has made clear his character in many moments. Precisely one of the last ones has been in the Ceremony of the Goya Awards that he presented with absolute spontaneity and that he knew how to get out of setbacks such as the presence of the Minister of Culture or even receive an award himself.
